BadBananas uses athletic performance fabric to make neck gaiters, giving you a higher quality product than the competing masks made of a lightweight t-shirt style material. We also have stitching on the top and bottom, for extra durability, and to prevent the gaiter from rolling at the edges.

QUALITY MATERIALS: We use a thick, 180gsm polyester/spandex jersey. 180 gsm probably doesn’t mean much to you, but for a point of reference, it is thicker than a t shirt (most t-shirts are 150-155 gsm), and is about the weight of a performance shirt. We wanted something weighty enough to not feel flimsy but not so thick that it would be problematic
